TransformationalLeadership Academy

A 12-week structured programme turning motivated young Africans into equipped, confident community leaders — through mentorship, training, and real-world projects.

What is TLA?

Leadership From Within

The Transformational Leadership Academy (TLA) is our flagship youth development programme. Over 12 weeks, participants develop the mindset, skills, and networks to lead meaningful change in their communities.

The TLA is not a lecture series — it is an experiential journey. Participants are challenged, supported, and ultimately empowered to take on a real leadership project in their own community before graduation.
